Steps tire-wheel.jpg (2327 bytes) The 20 inch Tire is bigger than the 16 inch Wheel, so we'll have to cut a section out.
tire_snip.jpg (3514 bytes) Use your cutters to snip the steel bead (inner "lip") of the Tire.  Then the Scissors will cut through the rubber.
tire_overlap.jpg (2798 bytes) Stretch the Tire over the Wheel and mark where it overlaps.  Cut this section out.
tire_first.jpg (3718 bytes) Starting at one end, screw both sides of the Tire to the Wheel. Put the screws just above the bead.
tire_last.jpg (3567 bytes) Working your way around, secure the Tire to the Wheel.  You should only need 2 middle points, then screws at both ends.
